CHALLENGE

This Sigma chiller was suffering with a BACTERIAL GROWTH.

Bacteria in water chillers, apart from being a potential health risk, can cause blockages, reduced system efficiency and even system failure.

SOLUTION

F&R attended site, flushed through and cleaned the system.

The chiller was dosed with biocide to treat the bacteria and inhibitor to reduce corrosion and scale.

A full service was carried out whilst on site and the chiller was left in good working order.
