CHALLENGE This SVK water chiller was having a pump water flow issue. The unit was cycling on low pressure turning the whole unit on and off, not just the compressor. SOLUTION F&R attended site and found a leak on the suction line elbow. Engineer recovered the refrigerant and brazed over the fracture. Pressure tested with nitrogen and evacuated to a deep vacuum. Recharged with refrigerant. Chiller now operating correctly.
