How quick is DELIVERY?

We have a selection of parts and new standard units in stock.  Delivery of custom designed equipment can take a few weeks.  We also keep refurbished equipment in stock available for purchase or hire.  We often provide chillers on hire whilst waiting for new equipment to be delivered.

Do you offer NATIONAL BREAKDOWN COVER?

Yes.  We have engineers to cover the whole of the UK, England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.  All our engineers are very knowledgeable and experienced in all types of industrial water cooling and are Fgas registered.

Can you supply PARTS?

For F&R manufactured equipment we keep lifetime records for every unit sold since the 1960s.

Do you offer MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS?

Yes.  We recommend your equipment is serviced regularly to maintain equipment is operating efficiently drawing the least amount of energy to achieve full cooling capacity.

Do I need to get my CHILLER SERVICED REGULARLY?

By law, cooling systems using ozone-depleting refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, R134A etc., with a charge equivalent to 5 tonnes CO2e or more, must be checked annually leaks by a qualified person.

F&R can carry out this work as a one-off visit or we can offer a service contract.
