Circulating Chiller for process cooling with water, oil or emulsions

Designed as a stand-alone solution for process cooling with water, oil and emulsions.  It is mainly used in filtration technology.

HYFRA’s Alpha range of recirculating chillers, with their continuous processes, are suitable for the temperature control of WATER, OIL and EMULSION.
Their SMALL FOOTPRINT allows them to be used in areas as small as 0.5m2 and they can also be placed at a generous distance from the application.  These features mean the systems can be easily integrated into different production environments.
These continuous flow chillers are used for processes which require a constant temperature making them ideal for temperature control of COOLING LUBRICANTS in filtration processes in metalworking e.g., drilling, grinding or milling and also for machining of PLASTICS.

HYFRA FleXX Technology

Flexx technology offers low operating costs and environmental benefits (reduced refrigerant volumes).
Equipment equipped with FleXX technology uses close temperature control (+/- 1°C) as standard and provides operational reliability.
Energy efficiency is achieved through demand based operation via electronic speed control of both the refrigeration system and thermostatic expansion valve meaning power demand is only that which is necessary to complete the work to hand.
